My two weeks wellness journey in Siem Reap, Cambodia was truly transformative. Honestly speaking, I was shocked by the program. It is simple, it is effective, and it is the jumpstart that I needed. Having just completed 2 weeks at AWWW8, and losing 5kg, I have nothing but praise for these guys and their program.

First and foremost, the support you get from everyone at AWWW8 is second to none. From the moment you are picked up at the airport on arrival to when they drop you off after completing your time with them, nothing is too much trouble.

The daily walks and gym exercises are tailored to what you can do, although of course, they encourage you to give it your best effort each time to produce the best weight loss results. Even by the end of week 1 you will be amazed at how much you have improved. Yes, you will feel tired, but this is far outweighed by how better you feel in yourself.

The restaurants you go to, and the food you will eat, are of the highest quality – there is certainly no cost cutting here. Healthy eating is of course encouraged but the choice of food is entirely up to you. The only specification is that you eat during a 2-hour window and there is certainly no fasting on this program.

The program offers not just physical support but mental too. There are group discussions available, although you are not compelled to participate if this is not for you. The guys truly believe in what they are doing; you can talk to them at any time about anything and they will offer unconditional support.

Even if you stay on for a few days afterwards, you can contact them for advice at any time and they will also ensure your taxi is booked to take you back to the airport when you need it.

I have no hesitation in recommending this program to you as I will certainly be returning, this time hopefully for 4 weeks.
